Born in Bad Homburg, Germany, she is responsible for consulting and creating sustainable profitability concepts for equestrian sports facilities.
As a systemic coach (IFW Munich) she uses horse-supported executive coaching as an accompanying tool for organisation development.
Together with Roger Alker she worked for several years in the management of a 120 ha agricultural farm with riding facility, private horse husbandry and 60 boarding horses. Britta Alker gained her business management experience at an internationally active Bavarian automotive supplier. There she was a member of the supervisory board and was responsible, for internal corporate communications, employee management and team building.
